    Food is fine but just had a bad experience. Ordered on the app at 5:15pm. Walked in at 5:30pm. They made me wait-- didn't get my food until 6pm. Was here for so long they had to remake my plates that were sitting under their heat lamps for 30 minutes. All they kept saying was, "Sorry, we're just waiting on the chicken." Really, for 45 minutes? At least they offered me a drink.

    I like Panda Express for the most part. Been going to various locations for over 25 years. I have never been to one that , more consistently,  either runs out of clean trays and or commonly ordered items.
    I am sure they have a process that when certain items get to a certain point , more is to be made. A perfect example, is orange chicken.
    Went yesterday and saw a huge line and food containers stacked up , stacked up because they are waiting on dishes to be made. Today , they were out of the wok vegetable. I asked are they making the vegetables now ? No , you have to wait like 5 minuets. I just walked out AGAIN , as I did yesterday. I have waited before and when it's ready , they are to let me know. I had to go to them and then hear , sorry we forgot.

    Wow that is like half a scoop of chicken. I think it's ridiculous to charge full price for half of the normal serving. This happens sporadically on to go orders. Please train your workers on consistency.

    UPDATE: Decided to give it a second chance after the message from Panda, but had the same treatment even though we arrived over 40 mins before closing with a line out the door (see attached picture). They refused to make anything else saying that's all they have for the night. Terrible service... won't be back.

    This place is as average as you expect it to be. The prices are higher than what I would find at Mom 'n pop shops that offer the same type of items. I got myself a meal that was half and half and one item. This cost me $7.12.
